We take safety and privacy very seriously. Mythical Aromatics is committed to keeping any and all information collected by those individuals that visit our website and make use of our online facilities and services completely confidential.
We also are committed to keeping our products safe for all customers. Each new product batch made is tested and used by our family prior to sales to insure it's working properly. Please read the ingredient statements to make sure you are not allergic to anything before using the products. Mythical Aromatics is not responsible for any reactions and medical needs you may have.
Returns
Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. However, if a product arrives to you damaged, incorrect, or if you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us within five days of receiving your order.
We will be happy to work with you on resolving the issue.
Sales Tax Information
There will be a sales tax of 7.75% for residence of Ohio.

Shipping
All packages will be sent either by USPS or UPS (pending on best rates and times). There is a small fee included in the shipping for packaging materials.
Toledo Residents (and local surrounding areas): We do have a local pickup option.
If you choose this option in check out, we will make arrangements, and safely meet in a public location to deliver your order.
